ORDER


  • HOW SECURE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
    sight uses industry standard privacy practices; we do not sell, lease or distribute personal customer information. In addition, all sensitive personal information is stored securely and offline in our privately owned, secure data center.

  • MY ORDER HAS BEEN SENT, WHY DON'T I SEE THE TRACKING INFORMATION?
    Your order has been sent, but sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear in the tracking system. In some cases, tracking information does not load in a timely manner. This is often the case with our USPS global shipping partners. If your order has a tracking number but not updated, be sure you are taken care of. It is our responsibility to take good care of it, and we take that responsibility very seriously.

  • DO I HAVE TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER?
    No, you can place an order as a guest. But, there are some perks if you have an account with us:
    Faster payment.
    Easily view your order status and order history.
    Get updates about our new releases.

 

  • WHAT IF I ENTERED AN INCORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS?
    Please contact us so we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name and address, but we cannot change your order.

 

  • ARE THERE ANY EXCHANGE RATES?
    All of our transactions are based in USD. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated according to the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

 

  • WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
    We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers or cash on delivery.

 

  • HOW SECURE IS MY ONLINE ORDER?
    When purchasing online with your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL secure website. Your information is then SSL encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored.

 

  • HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
    We reserve the right to accept or reject the order, or any part thereof, at our sole discretion at any time after receipt of the order, including after the customer has received an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is cancelled, we will issue a credit to the original payment method.

 

  • HOW DO I SET MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
    Since our website and service are based in Swizerland, all information you enter must be German or English input method including punctuation. If certain letters of your address contain non-German letters, you should use the similar Swiss or US ones instead.

 

  • CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?
    Please note that your shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been processed or shipped.

 

  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
    The delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose. Once the order has shipped, we will email you your tracking information the next day. Tracking information usually becomes available 24 hours after the order is shipped.

 

  • HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
    We will email you your tracking information as soon as your order ships. You will usually receive the tracking number 1-3 days after your order ships. You can track your order on our website.

 

  • CAN I USE MULTIPLE DISCOUNT CODES IN ONE ORDER?
    Promotion and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts unless otherwise stated.

 

  • WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE MISSING ITEMS IN MY ORDER?
    If there is anything missing, please contact us immediately.

 

  • I ORDERED MORE THAN ONE ITEM, BUT ONLY RECEIVED ONE... WHERE IS MY ORDER?
    We have a large assortment of products and if you order more than one item at a time, they can be shipped separately so they get to you faster. There is no need to worry if you don't receive all of your items at once.... Rest assured they are on their way :)

 

  • SHIPPING & DUTY WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
    All orders are processed and shipped from our China warehouse locations. Please give your order extra time during the vacation and sales season, we process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders are processed within 3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. Please contact us if you do not receive a shipping notification email after 5 business days from the day you completed your payment.



  • IS MY ORDER FREE SHIPPING?
    Free shipping can be applied to orders that meet the minimum required amount, excluding discounts, sales, and oversized/overweight products. Your order will ship using economy shipping. Please check the product page if the product is eligible for free shipping.

 

  • MY ORDER STILL HASN'T ARRIVED, I THINK IT'S LOST?
    If you think your order has been delayed or lost in the mail, please contact us and we will start an investigation with the courier.


RETURN

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
All returns must be made within 365 days of order delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return an item, please contact us. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and send instructions.

WHAT IF THE RECEIVED ITEMS ARE DEFECTIVE/WRONG/DAMAGED?
Firstly, please accept our most sincere apologies. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you receive goods that are wrong, damaged and/ or defective. Please provide your order number, photos of the item(s) and any related references upon receipt of your package. We will do our best to correct your order as soon as possible.

HOW LONG IS THE RETURN PROCESS?
Returns can take up to 14 business days to process from the day we receive your return. A confirmation will be sent when your return has been processed.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you receive refunds via credit or debit card, they will be sent to the credit card within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card issuing bank with any questions about when the credit will be sent to your account. If you have not yet received credit for your return, please contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are located in Switzerland. To speed up delivery times, our products are stored in several fulfillment centers around the world.

I AM HAVING TROUBLE PLACING AN ORDER ONLINE, DO YOU TAKE PHONE ORDERS?
Unfortunately, we are unable to take orders over the phone. You can try placing your order on another device or browser. If you are still having problems, we will be happy to speak with you and help you troubleshoot.

I SENT YOU AN E-MAIL, WHEN WILL YOU RESPOND?
We strive to respond to emails within 24 hours. Our office is closed on weekends, so we will get back to you the next business day.
